Ingredients

  1. 2 cupgreen peas (boiled)
  2. 2 cuppoha (soaked)
  3. 1 cupgreen coriander leaves (chopped)
  4. 2 tbspwhite sesame seeds
  5. 2 tspblack pepper powder
  6. 1lemon (juice)
  7. 2 tspcoriander powder
  8. 2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 2 tspturmeric powder
  10. Salt as required
  11. 4 tbspgram flour (besan)
  12. 2 tspgaram masala powder
  13. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take boiled peas, mash it properly. Add soaked poha, sesame seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, black pepper powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves and besan.

    Mix well

    Take a small portion from it, make shape of your choice and deep fry till golden brown.

    Serve it with tomato ketchup.
