Cooking Instructions

Heat a pan add oil, Mustard seeds, urad dal, gram dal, red and green chillies, garlic, curry leaves and onion.

Add Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, tomato puree and water cook slow flame in 10 minutes. Add salt, hing and coriander leaves.

Add boiled rice and mix well. Tomato Rice ready to serve.
