Porriage beans with yam and dry fish

Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsbeans
  2. 2cksp of palmoil
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 3cksp of crayfish
  5. 1/2 teaspooncamerron pepper
  6. 1 cubemaggi
  7. 1small Ginger
  8. 1small Garlic
  9. 1big bulb of onion
  10. 2big Dry fish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil beans in a pressure pot so soften faster.boil for 30mins.bring down and wash.

    Boil again with water not covering it,add onions,Ginger and garlic and yam cuts in bits.cover the pot allow to boil for 5mins.

    Add crayfish,salt,pepper,Maggi,and cray fish.cover the pot till the beans and yam softens.

    Add palmoil and stir with stirrer.cover the pot allow to boil for 7mins and bring down.
