#CookWithoutFire - Shrikhand is a traditional Maharashtrian Dessert prepared from hung yoghurt. It is a very easy and a simple dessert that can be done in a jiffy, if you already have some hung yoghurt ready.

It is a healthy combination if you go in for low fat yoghurt and brown sugar. Generally it is flavoured with saffron and cardamom for a plain version.Today I gave a twist to the original recipe by adding some coffee powder to the end product and it was simply delicious.
