Cooking Instructions

Mix up the turkey, eggs, bread crumbs, oregano, rosemary, hot sauce, onion garlic, salt & pepper. Form into approximately 24 meatballs.

Place on a sheet pan coated with non-stick spray.

Bake at 400° for 12 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and cook for another 15 minutes.

For the sauce - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

saute the garlic and onions until translucent.

Add the tomato sauce, oregano, rosemary, cheese, Basil and sweet vermouth.

Let it simmer until the meatballs are done.

Add the meatballs and let it simmer some more.
