  1. 1/2 cuproasted vermicelli
  2. 1big onion finely chopped
  3. 1 tspcarrot finely chopped
  4. 1 tspcapsicum finely chopped
  5. 1/2 tspfinely chopped French beans
  6. 2 tspgreen peas
  7. 1/2 tspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  8. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1tomato finely chopped
  10. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  11. 2 tspoil
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  13. 2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan, and add onion and saute till the becomes light brown. Add all the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.

    Add salt, red chilli powder,garam masala and mix well.add rosted vermicelli, 2 cup water and cook for 10 minutes or cook until the water is absorbed.

    Add coriander leaves and mix very well. And serve hot.
