Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cuprice
  2. 2 tbspdesi ghee
  3. 1 kgfull cream milk
  4. 2 tspcardamon powder
  5. 1/2 cupsugar
  6. 2 tspgolden raisins
  7. 10-12almonds
  8. 10-12pistachio
  9. fewrose petals (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly wash the rice.

  2. 2

    Now heat ghee in a pan and add rice.

  3. 3

    Fry for 5 minutes on low flame.

  4. 4

    Heat a milk and let it come to a boil add cardamon powder and rice.

  5. 5

    Stir continuously.

  6. 6

    Cook further till the rice grains are completely cooked.

  7. 7

    Now add sugar, raisins, chopped dry fruits.

  8. 8

    Cook for 10 minutes or more.

  9. 9

    Now our rice Kheer is ready to serve.

  10. 10

    Garnish with dryfruits and rose petals.

  11. 11

    Serve the rice kheer hot, warm and cool.
