Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 mediumbell pepper
  2. 100 gramsbulk sausage
  3. 2 largeeggs
  4. 3 tbspfinely grated sharpe cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 400°Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Brown the sausage . Cuthe pepper in half top to bottom. Carefully remove the seeds and ribs of peppers.

    Add sausage to peppers. Add an egg to each pepper. Grate cheese over each egg. I used a microplainer

    Put in oven bake 30 minutes. Serve, hope you enjoy!
