  1. 4tomatoes
  2. 1/4 cupgrated parmasean
  3. 2 tspevoo
  4. 1oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, s&p to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 450°F

  2. 2

    Cut tomatoes in half horizontally

  3. 3

    Set on baking sheet

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with parmasean and seasonings

  5. 5

    Drizzle with evoo

  6. 6

    Bake until tender, about 15 minutes
