Pre-heat oven to 350. Spray pan

Crush doritos and place in pan

Mix together other ingredients in a separate bowl. Save 1 cup of cheese for topping

Pour mixture over doritos

Cook for 20 minutes, uncovered

Pour remaining cheese on top and cook until melted
