Ingredients

  2. 3karela bina seeds ke
  3. 1onion small size
  4. 1 Pinchajwain
  5. 1/2 spoonsalt
  6. 1/2 spoonhaldi
  7. 1/2 spoonLal mirch powder
  8. 1/2 spoonGarlic ginger paste

Cooking Instructions

    Karela ko saf karke length wise centre me cut kijiye for half moon shape meCchotiCchoti pcs kijiye.

    Potatoes ko and onion ko vi saf karke cut kijiye.

    Ab non stick pan me oil garam karke ajwain fry karni hai for onion fry karni hai.

    For karela half fry karni hai aur potatoes dalke low flame me pakani hai.

    Kux der me namak haldi dalke axi tarah chalaiye for dhak kar pakne dijiye.

    Jab potatoes vi half pakjaye to garlic ginger paste mix kijiye aur flame medium kijiye.

    Jab tak garlic ginger pak kar mithi khusbu ane lagti hai tabtak sabji vi pak chuki hoti hai.bas ab Lal mirch powder mix kijiye aur dhakan lagake kux second rakhiye aur gas off kijiye.

    Simple sabji is ready.roti ke sath, chawal ke sath jaise vi khaiye ye bahut vati hai.
