Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsunsweetened chocolate
  2. 55 gramscocoa powder (unsweetened)
  3. 250 gramsgranulated sugar
  4. 140 gramsunsalted butter
  5. 3 largeeggs
  6. 3 gramssalt
  7. 160 gramsall-purpose flour
  8. 1 tspvanilla extract
  9. 70 gramschopped walnuts

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter and chocolate together in a bain-marie (double saucepan), remove from heat

  2. 2

    Add cocoa powder and stir to avoid lumps, allow to cool

  3. 3

    In a bowl beat eggs together with sugar, salt and vanilla extract

  4. 4

    Now slowly add flour (to this last eggs+sugar+salt mix) and keep stirring

  5. 5

    Add also melted chocolate and butter to the same bowl

  6. 6

    When the mixture is homogenous add walnuts

  7. 7

    Line a square baking pan with parchment paper and grease it

  8. 8

    Put your homemade mix in the pan and cook for 35 minutes at 180°C

  9. 9

    Let the brownie rest for an hour then take it out of the pan and cut in squares!
