Ingredients

  1. pakoda... 1/2 kg cabbage
  2. 2bellpaper
  3. 2gajar
  4. 2onions
  5. 1 tspchopped adrak
  6. 1 tspchopped chillies
  7. 1 tspchopped garlic
  8. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  9. salt as par taste
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 3 tbspmaida
  12. 3 tbspcorn flour
  13. for gravy 1 cup mixed finly chopped veggies
  14. 1 tspgarlic
  15. 1 tbspcorn flour
  16. 2 tspsoya sauce
  17. 2 tspvinegar
  18. 2 tsptomato sauce
  19. 2 tspchilli garlic sauce
  20. 1 tspsugar
  21. salt as par taste
  22. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  23. leavescoriander
  24. oil as required

Cooking Instructions

    Cut all veggies in fine or you can grate

    Add all ingredients of pakoda and mix well.

    Make small balls

    Deep fry all

  5. 5

    Take a kadai heat oil add all vegies and saute.

  6. 6

    Saute garlic. Meanwhile take half cup of water add corn flour and vinegar, tomato sauce, chilli garlic sauce and mix well. Add 1 glass of water simmer for 2 mins. Add rest of ingredients and corn flour mixture.

    Cook for 5 minutes. Add all koftas mix well.

    Enjoy hot with any type of pranatha
