This porriage reminds me of my granny because of the dry scent leaf.
Cooking Instructions

Cut the plantain,pour inside a clean pot.

Cut the onion,and the dry scent leaf.

Blend the crayfish,fresh pepper.
- 4
Pour in everything except the scent leaf,add salt to taste.

Add red oil and seasoning.cover and allow it to cook for 12minutes.

Turn it very well and pour in sliced dry scent leaf.

The dry scent leaf is hard so it will boil for a longer time.at least 5minutes and the food is done.
