First take a pan add sesame seeds and roast them (Remember don't change sesame's own colour) when sesame roasted takeout a plate.Now roast peanuts remove peanuts outer skin and keep a side.

Now take a pan add ghee when ghee is melted then add jaggery and melt the jaggery completely (Remember continusly stir it).

When your jaggery completely melted then add roasted sesame and peanut give it a good mix. Now keep your flame slow to medium and cook it in 2_3minutes continusly stir it.

After 2minutes switch off the flame now applying littile bit of ghee greej your working surface then add this mixture spread it properly give it a square shape now give it a cut marks and cool it completely.

After cooldown this Chikki take a help of a knife demold this chikkis and divide this chikkis and store it air tight container.enjoy!
