    Ak bowl me maida le ghee dalkar mix karein & milk se hard dough banay 1/2 hour rest de

    Add mava suji sugar powder dry coconut powder chopped dry fruits elaichi powder & mix well stuffing ready hai

    Chashni banane ke liy ak sauce pan me sugar & pani lekar boil karein boil aane par gas sim karein 5-7miniutes tak boil hone de gas off karein

    Ab pic me batay anusar puri banay

    Kisi bade dhakkan se kat karein

    Pic me batay anusar fold karein

    Stuffing rakhe & charo sides par pani lagay

    Dono kinaro ko bhi gonth le yani design bana le

    Pan me ghee garam karein & ghee halka garam ho jay tab medium-low heat par gujiya fry karein
