Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlsuji
  2. 1 bowlcurd
  3. 1Green chilli
  4. 1 tbspoil
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspsugar
  7. 1/2 tspHaldi powder
  8. Water if required

Cooking Instructions

    First we take a big bowl and pour the Suji and curd in it

    Then add salt and sugar green chillies finely chopped

  3. 3

    Then add oil and mix the batter in One Direction very light and slowly

  4. 4

    Left it for 1hrs

  5. 5

    Then the consistency of batter it is like a Idli batter

  6. 6

    If water require then add some water

  7. 7

    Then add one packet of eno fruit salt and mix it

  8. 8

    Grease the Idli mould and pour the batter in it and put in low flame for

  9. 9

    10 to 12mints only

  10. 10

    After that off the flame left it for 5mints

  11. 11

    Then open the mould out the dhokla from mould

  12. 12

    Heat some oil for tempering then put curry leaves and green chilli and pour in dhokla

  13. 13

    Garnish with coriander leaves

  14. 14

    Serve it hot or cold with green chutney or mint chutney
