Ingredients

  1. 3 Cupsself raising flour(Sieved)
  2. 5 TablespoonSugar
  3. 2 Tablespoonmargarine
  4. 1 TeaspoonCardamon
  5. 3eggs(Beat them one at a time)
  6. 1 Cupmilk(Cold)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix together flour, sugar and Cardamon

  2. 2

    Add the margarine and continue mixing.

  3. 3

    Make a well and pour the eggs.

  4. 4

    Knead as you add milk little by little until you get an elastic consistency.

  5. 5

    Make sizeable balls and deep fry under minimal heat.DON'T OVERCROWD THEM

    Keep turning them to ensure they cook evenly.

  7. 7

    Serve
