Ingredients

  3. 1/2 tspRosted cumin powder
  4. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspChat Masala

  8. as neededWater
  9. as neededBhujia
  10. 2Boiled potatoes
  11. 1/2 cupBoiled moong
  12. 1 tspMint powder
  13. as neededCoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Make a dough with Maida and water

    Roll the portion of dough

  3. 3

    Heat oil, and fry the rolled portion of Maida,papdi is ready

  4. 4

    Peel off the boil potatoes and cut it into pieces

  5. 5

    In a plate, put some papri then put some potatoes after it pour some moong and then Imli ki chutney and curd and all spices

  6. 6

    Garnish with bhujia and coriander
