Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 4-5onions
  2. 1/2 cupgram flour
  3. 1/2 tablespoonsalt
  4. 1/3 tablespoonturmeric powder
  5. 1/3 tablespoonred chilli powder
  6. 1-2chopped green chilli
  7. 2 cupsoil for deep frying
  8. 5-6 tablespoonKetchup or Kasundi for dips

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl, add chopped onions and all other ingredients except oil and ketchup

  2. 2

    Let it rest for 5 minutes

    Now heat oil in medium low flame and start pouring little by little of the mixture in the oil

  4. 4

    Frying in batches. Turn and fry the other side once one side is done

  5. 5

    Serve them hot with kasundi and ketchup.
