Sabutdana khichdi in pressure cooker

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsabudana
  2. 1boiled potato
  3. 1 handfulroasted and peeled peanuts
  4. 2finely chopped Green chilli
  5. 1chopped tomato
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Chopped Green coriander
  8. Ghee or oil 1tblspn
  9. 1/2 tsp jeera

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly soak sabutdana for 5-6 hours. Then take a pressure cooker and heat ghee in it. Now add jeera and fry it for 1 min.. Then add green chilli and fry 1 min.. Then add tomatoes and fry i till soften.. Now add sabutdana, peanuts, potato, salt and mix it all.. Sprinkle lil water on it then cover with lid. And cook for 5 minutes on low flame. After 5 min open the cooker and again mix well and cover it again and flame turn off.. Allow it to 5 min more in pressure.. Ur khichdi is ready.
