  2. 100 gramsSpinach chopped finely
  3. To tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspJeera
  5. 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  6. For shallow fryingGhee
  7. Few podsChopped garlic
  8. 1 pinchHing

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all Ingredients except ghee

  2. 2

    Adding water to Make a dough

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into equal portions

  4. 4

    Roll out in circular shape

  5. 5

    Heat a tava and cook the parathas adding ghee on both sides

  6. 6

    Serve with pickle and curd
