Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsabudana
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 1/2 cuproasted peanuts
  4. 8-10curry leaves,cumin,
  5. 1 cupgrated fresh cocount
  6. 3 spoon oil
  7. 1 tspgreen chill,ginger
  8. 2tomato
  9. 1/2 cuppeas

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the sabudana 3-4 hours. after 2-3 hours drain the sabudana very well and keep aside in a boil.

    Boil the potatoes and when warm peel and chop them.

    Now heat oil fry cumin first till the crackle and get brown

  4. 4

    Now add the curry leaves and green chilies fry add the grated ginger.

  5. 5

    Stir till the raw small of the ginger goes away.now add potato and saute for 1-2 mint.

    When the sabudana looses their opaqueness and starts becoming translucent they are cooked. lastly add grated coconut.mix well.

    Ready sabudana khichdi
