  1. 2 poundsdiced pork loin
  2. 1large onion
  3. 1-1/4 cupdiced carrots
  4. 1 poundbroccoli
  5. 2large oranges
  6. 1/3 cuphoney
  7. 1/3 cuparrowroot powder
  8. 1 teaspoonsalt
  9. 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoonseasoned salt
  11. 1 teaspoonginger powder
  12. 1large orange for garnish
  13. 1-1/2 tablespoontomato paste

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan

    Dice carrots, chop onions, dice the pork loin. Put into a bowl add ginger, garlic, half the salt, and all the seasoned salt. Zest 2 oranges, and add. Then mix well.

    Add to the pan and cover, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Liquid will form add the arrowroot powder stir in well. Add tomato paste. Squeeze orange juice from zested oranges. Stir everything well simmer for 7-8 minutes covered

    Add broccoli add rest of salt

    Cover and simmer 10-12 minutes

    Wash orange

  7. 7

    Slice the orange

  8. 8

    Then split in half

  9. 9

    Add garnish and serve hope you enjoy!
