Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice flour
  2. 1-1/2 cupwater
  3. 1carrot grated
  4. 2-3 tbscoconut grated
  5. 1/4 tspjeera
  6. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  7. 1 tspurad daal
  8. 4-5green chillies
  9. 1 inchginger
  10. 5-6mint leaves
  11. Handfull coriander leave
  12. 1 tbsroasted chana daal
  13. 10Curry leaves
  14. 1 tbsoil

Cooking Instructions

    Add salt in water and Boiled it well

    Add rice flour in this boiled water mix it well add grated carrot mix well

    Make a smalls with this dough by applying little oil in plam

    Steam balls in steamer for about 20-25min.on low to medium flame. After steaming keep aside for cooling

    Take a pan add oil, heat on medium flam, add jeera, rai, udad daal, curry leaves let them split, add cool steamed balls in it

    Toss it very well now add green paste in it a tos it well
