Ingredients

  2. 5Scotch bonnet
  3. 2 sachetAjinomoto
  4. PinchSalt
  5. Cooking oil for frying
  6. Pap mixture

Cooking Instructions

    Wash beans and remove chaff

    Soak for 30 minutes

    Blend with scotch bonnet beat well with wooden spatula

  4. 4

    Add salt and ajinomoto

  5. 5

    Beat again scoop with spoon and deep fry. Enjoy while hot and with ground yaji

    As for the pap

    Mix pap mixture with cold water into a paste

  8. 8

    Put water to boil and add to the cold mixture until relatively thick. You can add milk if you desire.
