Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3 Tolive oil
  2. 1 Tminced onion
  3. 1 clovecrushed garlic
  4. 1 tspdried thyme
  5. 1/2 tspdried rosemary, crushed
  6. 1/4 tspground sage
  7. 1/4 tspdried marjoram
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  10. 1/8 tsphot pepper sauce
  11. 4chicken breasts, either bone-in with skin or boneless and skinless
  12. 1-1/2 Tchopped fresh parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

    In small bowl, prepare basting sauce by combining all ingredients except chicken and parsley.

    Turn chicken in sauce to coat thoroughly. Place in baking dish and cover.

    Roast 35-45 min. basting occasionally with pan drippings.

    Remove chicken to warm platter. Spoon pan juices over chicken and sprinkle with parsley.
