Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgwheat flour
  2. 2egg
  3. 2 spoonsugar
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 4 spoonoil
  6. Ghee as required

    Mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough and apply oil and cover it and leave for 4 hours.as long as u leave,parotta will be soft..(even u can leaves for 6 hrs)

    After 5 hrs take a small amount of dough apply oil and spread it by rolling it thin..

  3. 3

    Fold it flip flop and bring it to a circle.make the remaining dough like this.

  4. 4

    Apply few drops of oil place the dough and spread to a small circle.
