Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWheat flour
  2. to tasteSalt acc
  3. 1/2 cupWater
  4. 100 gmsPaneer
  5. 1onion chopped
  6. 1chilli chopped
  7. 2 tbspGreen coriander chopped
  8. to tasteRed chilli
  9. 1/2 tbspDhaniya/coriander powder
  10. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  11. 1 tspGinger grated
  12. 4 tbspGhee/butter

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take wheat flour add salt and knead the smooth dough using water.

    In a plate take all the stuffing material paneer, onion, coriander, ginger, red chilli, salt, coriander, roasted cumin.

    Mix all ingredients together.

  4. 4

    Roll a chapati from dough and place the prepared stuffing in centre of chapati

  5. 5

    Fold the chapati like momos and roll into paratha.

  6. 6

    Roast the paratha on tawa from both side using ghee or butter.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with butter.
