Ingredients

  1. 250 grampaneer pieces
  2. 1 tbspfennel powder
  3. 2 tbspmustard oil
  4. 2 tspghee
  5. 1.5 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  6. To tastesalt
  7. 1/2 tspsugar (optional)
  8. 1 tspginger paste
  9. 2chopped green chillies
  10. 1/4 tspshahi garam masala
  11. 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  12. 1/2javitri / nutmeg
  13. 2cardamom
  14. 1/2"cinnamon
  15. 2 tbspcurd
  16. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil to a hot pan. Add cumin seeds, cardamom, cinnamon,cloves. In a bowl mix curd, fennel powder, ginger paste, 1 tsp chilli powder, salt, sugar altogether. Add to the pan. After 2 minutes add water. Cook for 3 minutes.

    Add roasted cumin powder,garam masala powder. Cook for 1 minute. Add paneer. Cook for 2 minutes. Mix 1/2 tsp red chilli powder with ghee. Hot it and add to the pan. Serve with roti or rice.

Instructions say to use cumin seeds and cloves Which are not listed on the ingredients list. The ingredients list does include nutmeg which is never used in the instructions.
