Ingredients

  1. 2 cupcooked rice
  2. 1/2 cupmix veggies (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, Beans etc)
  3. 1 tbspchopped ginger garlic chilli
  4. 1/2 tspsoya sauce
  5. 1/3 tspvinegar
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspschezwan sauce
  9. 1 tspolive oil
  10. For Manchurian
  11. 1 cupchopped veg(cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, beans)
  12. as neededOil for frying
  13. 2 tbspcorn starch
  14. 1 tspmaida(all purpose flour)
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  17. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  18. For gravy
  19. 2 tbspchopped mix veg
  20. 2 tspchopped Ginger garlic
  21. 1 tspsoya sauce
  22. 1/2 tspvinegar
  23. 2 tspchilli sauce
  24. 1/2 tsptomato sauce
  25. to tasteSalt
  26. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  27. as neededSpring onion for garnish
  28. 2 tspoil
  29. 1 tspcorn slurry

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take a nonstick pan. Put oil. When heat the oil. Add ginger garlic chilli. Now add chopped veggies. Saute for 2-4 minutes. Now add rice. Mix it well.

    Then add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper powder. Mix again. Add schezwan sauce. Mix it again. Cook it for 2 minutes. Ready to serve.

    For Manchurian:- take a bowl. Add chopped veggies, cornstarch, salt, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, chilli. Mix it well.now make a round ball. Fry the ball. In hot oil. Until they become golden colour. Keep aside.

    After that take another pan. Put the oil. Add chopped ginger garlic. Saute for 1 minute. Then add 2 tbsp chopped veggies. Saute it again. Then add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato sauce. Mix it well. Now add corn slurry. Mix again. Then add fried Manchurian ball. Mix it very well. Add salt, pepper. Cook it for 2 minutes. Serve with schezwan rice.
