Cooking Instructions

Wash,peel and cut the mangoes in small pieces. Add this in grinder with Sugar and make puree.

Heat a pan add mango puree and cook on medium flame. Stir continuously. When it becomes thick and puree slightly change the colour. Add cardamom powder and black salt. Mix everything well.

When the mixture leaves the corner of the pan off the flame. Greased a plate with ghee and pour the cooked pulp on the plate and spread it out thinly. Keep it in the sun light or under the fan for 1 day.

For the gilauri in a bowl add gulkand.cut the dried aam papad into 4'+4' slice with the help of sharp knife. Keep 1/2 tsp gulkand,Some colour ful saunf and some cherry in the middle of slice.

Cover and make a triangle shape like gilauri.make all aam papad gulkand gilauri like this. Serve immediately. You can also keep it in fridge.
