Cooking Instructions

For mawa: first take butter in a pan and add milk, malai & milk powder it. Mix it well. Now cook it till it becomes thick like mawa.

For rabdi : In a heavy bottomed pan take milk & add malai to it. Cook it & stir it continously.Now add sugar, saffron, Cardamom powder & rose essence to it. Cook it till it becomes thick. It should be of pouring consistency.

Now take bread slices and remove their edges. Then roll it with a rolling pin. Now place mawa at one side of the slice. Roll the slice tightly & stick the other end with the help of water.

Now place ready rolls to a serving plate. Pour ready rabdi over it. At last put chopped nuts & tutti frutti on it. Our delicious rolls are ready to serve.
