  1. 1 bowlRice flour iddda premix
  2. 1 bowlcurd
  3. 1 tbspgreen chillie paste
  4. as requiredWater
  5. as requiredSalt
  6. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  7. 1pouch eno fruitsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a vessel mix curd, green chillie paste, ginger garlic paste, salt, water and mix in rice flour iddda premix make it semi solid batter and let it set down for 6-7 hrs for fermentation

    Now after fermentation take the batter and take it to medium flame and steam it in idli cooker for 15-20 mins

    After poke stick in batter and if the stick is clear your idda is ready to serve
