  11. 1/4 spoonGaram masala
  12. 2 SpoonLemon juice
  13. 1/2 spoonPav bhaji masala
  14. leavesCoriander
  15. as requiredOil
  16. 1 pinchHing
  17. 1/2 spoonJeera

Cooking Instructions

    Take brinjal wash and dry in kitchen towel then apply some oil and roast in flame.After roast peel and mashed.

    Take a non-stick pan add oil put green chilli and onion saute add peas mix and saute in pinkish color then add tomato paste and all spices mixed.

    Then add mashed brinjal mix and saute in low heat.After cook sprinkle green coriander and enjoy.
