Ingredients

  1. 2 cupjowar flour
  2. 1 cupspring onion chopped+ 1/2 pie onion chopped
  3. 3 green chilli chopped
  4. 1 1/2 tbsp ajwain
  5. 1/2 tbsp kalongi
  6. as per requirementSalt
  7. as neededWhite seasame
  8. as neededGhee / oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a jar add flour add all ingredients mix well.

    If we want to crispy add 2tasp oil..we cook diet food.

    Add as needed water mix well.

    By needing make a dough.

  5. 5

    Dough should not to be too hard not too soft.

  6. 6

    Take a medium size dough spread properly with rolling pin.

  7. 7

    Now tawa put on flame when heat up spread roti place on tawa add few oil roast both side till light pink or crispy.

    Serve it dahi achar..etc
