Super healthy, easy to cook, without oven bread recipe.

Ingredients

1 hour 30 minutes
3-4 people
  1. 4 cupwhole wheat flour
  2. 1 cuplukewarm skim milk
  3. 2 tspsugar
  4. 2 tsp yeast
  5. 1 tsp flax seeds
  6. 1 tsp chia seeds
  7. Pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mix lukewarm milk, sugar and yeast and keep aside for 10-15 minutes. It will turn frothy.

    Now mix yeast in whole wheat flour, add little salt and knead it and make a ball shape dough.

    Cover the dough with wet cloth and keep it in warm place for 1-2 hours.

    Now pre-heat kadhai.

  5. 5

    Apply milk on dough and make little cuts and than sprinkle chia seeds and flax seeds.

  6. 6

    Put the dough in kadhai and let it bake for 30-40 minutes.

  7. 7

    Do a knife test to see if it has been properly baked.
