Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchgreen amaranth saag
  2. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  3. 2green chilli chopped
  4. 1 tspnigella seeds
  5. 1 tbspmustard oil
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 tspsugar

Cooking Instructions

    First clean the saag nicely, then wash them properly and finely chopped it and keep aside.

    Heat mustard oil in a kadai add nigella seeds, chopped garlic and green chilli and saute few seconds then add chopped saag and salt, mix it, stir and fry 2-3 minutes.

    Now saag will release some water, then stir continuously on high flame to let the water evaporate. Then add sugar mix it well. Green amaranth saag bhaja is ready.
