Cooking Instructions
- 1
For making cheele or bakhore of moong beans-
Grind soaked in water moong beans. - 2
Adding red pepper powder, salt and hing in it
Mix it well. - 3
Take preheated Indian iron griddle put teaspoon oil on it then put ladle of small portion of grinded batter of moong beans on it and with the help of serving spoon spread it on griddle.
Put teaspoon oil at the whole periferi of spreaded mixture or batter and fry it well from both sides. - 4

Like this make some more cheele or bakhore.

For making gravy -
Take a pan add cooking oil till heated add chopped onions 🌰 and fry it well when it becomes brown then add chopped tomatoes 🍅 and then add spices like red pepper 🌶 powder, turmeric powder and green coriander powder. Mix it well and cover with lid and stir it at regular intervals of time ⏲. - 14
When oil oozes out then add tempting ingredients like chole masala, chaat masala and garam masala and stir it well.
Add glass of water 💧 and allow it to boil when it becomes boil cook it on medium flame for 3 minutes. - 15
Cut several pieces of cheele or bakhore.
When serve then before 5 minutes add pieces of cheele or bakhore into the gravy. - 16
Enjoy with rice 🍚 and salad 🥗.
