Stir-Fried Spring Cabbage, Thinly Sliced Pork, and Fried Tofu with Miso

This is a simple recipe where you stir-fry cabbage and fried tofu with a garlic-ginger flavored miso sauce. It's even more delicious with spring cabbage! The origin of this recipe: It's a dish I crave during the spring cabbage season.
Cooking Instructions

Blanch the fried tofu to remove excess oil, then cut into slices about 1/2 inch thick.

Lightly season the thinly sliced pork with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.

Roughly chop the cabbage. You can also tear it by hand.

Mix the ingredients marked with ● to prepare the sauce.

Stir-fry the thinly sliced pork in sesame oil until halfway cooked, then add the fried tofu.

Add the cabbage, cover, and steam for about 10 seconds.

Once the cabbage has reduced in volume, add the sauce and stir-fry to combine.

Add the garlic chives, then it's ready to serve.
