Ingredients

  1. 1/4 headcabbage
  2. 7 ozthinly sliced pork
  3. 1/2 (3.5 oz)fried tofu
  4. about 1.75 oz garlic chives
  5. 1/2 tablespooncornstarch
  6. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  7. 2 tablespoons●miso
  8. 2 tablespoons●mirin
  9. 1 tablespoon●sugar
  10. 2 teaspoons●soy sauce
  11. 1 tablespoon●ginger paste
  12. 1 tablespoon●garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Blanch the fried tofu to remove excess oil, then cut into slices about 1/2 inch thick.

    Lightly season the thinly sliced pork with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.

    Roughly chop the cabbage. You can also tear it by hand.

    Mix the ingredients marked with ● to prepare the sauce.

    Stir-fry the thinly sliced pork in sesame oil until halfway cooked, then add the fried tofu.
