Make a slit in the lychee & deseed it.
Mash the paneer well with your palms till smooth ; add Mishri powder & saffron milk 🥛 - 2
Add chopped mangoes 🥭
Give it a good mix & then stuff the sandesh mixture in the lychee & remove the excess. - 3
Chill it for 30-40 minutes. Arrange in a dish & add in the
remaining kesar milk & garnish with chopped pistachios & dry rose petals
