Ingredients

  1. 2Banana (cooked and mashed)
  2. 30 Gramsrajgira aata (Amaranth flour)
  3. 3-4kesar threads
  4. 1 tsphoney/sugar powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoonelachi powder
  6. 2 teaspoonkhoya
  7. 3/4 teaspoonmilk
  8. pinchBaking soda
  9. Pista chopped for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add banana rajgira aata, khoya (mava), elachi powder, kesar threads and baking soda, mix together. Add milk.

    Milk until it forms a smooth paste. allow to rest for 20-30 minutes.

  3. 3

    After 30 minutes, the prepared paste is ready for maal pua.

  4. 4

    In a non stick griddle, make small maal puas, cook on slow flame using little ghee.

  5. 5

    Flip and cook the other side.

  6. 6

    Malpua is ready.

  7. 7

    Garnish with pista.
