Ingredients

many
  1. 1 cupmethi dana (Fenugreek seeds)
  2. 3 table spoonachar masala
  3. 2 lemon
  4. 3 table spoon oil
  5. Salt
  6. 1/4 cup oil
  7. 2 tspoon sugar
  8. 1 tspoon chilli powder
  9. 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida

Cooking Instructions

    Soak methi dana overnight.Drain water.

    Tie in cloth to make sprouts for one full day.As Mention in photo.

    In a mixing bowl add methi sprouts, achar masala,salt, lemon juice, sugar, chilli powder.Mix well.

    In a tadka pan add oil.Add mustard seeds.Allow to crackle.Add asafoetida.Cool.Pour this tadka in achar.Mix well and serve.

    Store in dry glass bottle.keep in refrigerator.
