Tofu Malai Kofta
Cooking Instructions

Take a plate add grated Tofu, corn flour, black pepper, salt, cardamom powder, milk powder and knead till you get soft dough.

For stuffing I used a raisins. Take little amount of dough and make round shape. Heat oil in a pan. In medium hoi oil place 3-4 balls. Fry them properly.

Firstly boil chopped onion. Then make a smooth paste of cashew, raisins and muskmelon seeds. Cool the boiled onion and make fine paste.

In a pan or kadai heat oil then add cardamom, ginger - garlic and green chilli paste. After 2-3 minutes add onion paste & cashew raisins muskmelon seeds paste. Cook about 5-7 minutes or oil starts separating from gravy.

Now add milk, salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add malai or cream and gravy is ready.

Before serving add kofta balls in gravy. Serve tofu malai kofta with naan, chapati or paratha and Enjoy.
