Say Cheese.....! With Amul The Taste of INDIA!
Couldn't ever imagined that first attempt of making any recipe will come out that much perfect in Taste, Color and Texture.
Made Lima Beans for the first time with Homemade Cheese. Made it in a little dry form without even boiling lima beans initially. Can be made with store bought Paneer but I preferred to switch it to homemade cheese.
Usually we made cheese with peas or capsicums but wanted to try something new and opted Lima Beans which came out just WOW!
Healthy and Tasty!

Dill & Cottage Cheese Frittata Dill & Cottage Cheese Frittata
I made this in order to get rid of the leftover cottage cheese and dill. I used to always make frittatas with Parmesan cheese, but the cottage cheese makes it moist. The refreshing taste of cottage cheese also goes well with the fragrance of the dill. I really like this I turned it into a recipe so that I could remember how to make it.I used an 18 cm frying pan.I used strained cottage cheese, but you can use whatever type you like. Morefold Meat-Beans Soup Morefold Meat-Beans Soup
Morefold meat-beans soup different types of meat and different types of beans. It really turned out well. The Heinz vegetarian beans are packed with so many flavors. The buffalo, ground chuck, the country ham, and salt pork, so many flavors. I kinda feel like I am out on the prairie eating a bit rustic. Then accompanied with whole wheat bread and butter. Yeah super relish. That hint of mushroom throughout pairs well with all the meats in the soup.I picked this brand of salt pork because its not just pack with salt on top of it but is absorbed into the pork. It's not extremely to salty tasting. skunkmonkey101 -
