Ingredients

Prep time incl resting - 20 mins, Cooking -10 mins
1 serving
  1. 1/2 cupKuttu Ata
  2. 1/2 cupAtta or Wheat flour
  3. 1 bunchMethi or Fenugreek leaves
  4. 1 ” ginger chopped fine
  5. 1-2green chillies chopped fine
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1/3 cupwater to knead the dough
  8. Serve with green chilli, Aam achar

Cooking Instructions

Prep time incl resting - 20 mins, Cooking -10 mins

    Wash Methi or Fenugreek leaves and allow to dry. Chop fine

  2. 2

    In a bowl add Kuttu ata, Wheat flour, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, salt and mix

  3. 3

    Adding adequate water knead a semi soft dough, cover 10 mins.

    Make balls, roll out with a rolling pin, coat in flour when rolling out roti

  5. 5

    Heat a tawa, add the roti, on high flame roast and flip

  6. 6

    Roast and when done, set aside

  7. 7

    Plate with green chillies, Aam achar and enjoy
