Ingredients

15 glasses
  1. 15almonds
  2. 10cashews
  3. 8pista
  4. 2 tsppoppy seeds
  5. 1 tspfennel seeds
  6. 10pepper corns
  7. 1/2 tspkesar strands
  8. 6cardmum
  9. 2 tspdried rose petals
  10. 5dates seedless
  11. as neededChilled milk

Cooking Instructions

    Soak almonds, cashews, pista, cardmum seeds, poppy seeds, fennel seeds,kesar strands and rose petals overnight.

    Next day make a smooth paste of almonds (remove skin) and also make a smooth paste of dates, now blend both almond paste and dates paste, thandai masala is ready.

    Now take chilled milk add the prepared thandai paste and mix it well.

    Serve in a glass top with kesar strands and pista slices
