Cooking Instructions

Add paprika, pepper, and 4 tbsp of flour into a large bowl, adding in the beef to coat completely

Oil a Dutch oven over medium heat, slightly browning the beef

Once the beef is slightly browned, add in the water (bringing it to a boil), bouillon, tomato paste, 1 1/2 tsp basil, 3/4 tsp thyme, 3/4 tsp garlic powder, and bay leaves

Lower the heat to a simmer, and cover for 1 1/2 hour

Uncover the Dutch oven, ads in the carrots, potatoes, and onions, and then simmer covered for an additional 30 minutes

Combine the flour, water, remaining basil, thyme, garlic powder, parsley, and salt in a bowl, and then add it in the Dutch oven

Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes, then remove from the heat. Serve and enjoy :)
