Cooking Instructions

Take a big mixing bowl add all propose flour,ghee and baking powder

Mix all ingredients and add warm water make like soft dough.Don't knead only mix very well and Set it aside for 30 minutes.

Spread this mixture and fold.Repeat this process 4 to 5 times(for make layer)

Now roll 1/2 inch thick roti using rolling pin

Cut khurme in rectangle shape

Heat ghee in a pan and fry all khurme in low flame

When khurme become golden colour take out from ghee

Now make sugar syrup take a pan add sugar, crushed cardamon, saffron and 1/2water make 1 thread sugar syrup

Dip khurme in sugar syrup for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes take out khurme form sugar syrup and cote with Chopped pistachios

Now layered khasta khurme ready for serve

Indian cuisine has suffered a huge misconception.When you are googling about Indian cuisine, your results will be curries, tikka masala and naan! These are super sweet treats from India. They're imported in canned forms, but since it looked like I could make them on my own, I gave it a shot. You can adjust the sweetness to your liking. But if it isn't very sweet, it won't "feel" like gulab jamun. Don't forget to brush your teeth after you eat them.Make sure you let the dough rest for a while. You won't be able to roll it into balls otherwise. If the dough becomes dry, adjust by adding some milk. As for the syrup, you'll be putting in so much sugar it'll make you say, "Wait, this much sugar? Surely it won't melt." It'll feel like a joke, but the amounts are right. For about 20 balls.
