Ingredients

  1. 100 gmGOLDEN BALLS-
  2. 100 gm Paneer
  3. 1Boiled Potato
  4. 1/4 cupCapsicum, finely chopped
  5. 1/4 cupCarrot, finely chopped
  6. 1/4 cupCabbage, finely chopped
  7. 1/4 tspPepper powder
  8. 1/4 tspChilli flakes
  9. 1/2 tspOregano
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tbspOlive oil
  12. 1 tbspBOLOGNESE SAUCE-
  13. 2Garlic cloves, crushed
  14. 1Onion, finely chopped
  15. 3-4Tomatoes
  16. 1/4 tspPepper powder
  17. 1/2 tspItalian seasoning
  18. 1/4 tspRed Chilli flakes
  19. to tasteSalt
  20. 100 gmSPAGHETTI

Cooking Instructions

    GOLDEN PANEER BALLS: Grate the paneer and potato. add chopped capsicum, carrot, cabbage, salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes. mix and form a dough.

    Make small lemon size balls out of paneer dough.

    Fry in hot oil until golden brown in colour.

  4. 4

    BOLOGNESE SAUCE: Slit tomatoes from the bottom and boil in water for 2 minutes. peel the tomatoes. chop half of the tomatoes and puree rest half of the tomatoes.

    Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and chopped onions, saute till translucent.

    Add the tomato puree and chopped tomatoes. cook for 10-15 minutes.

    Add salt, pepper, italian seasoning and chilli flakes. mix well. add little water if required to adjust the consistency.

    SPAGHETTI: Boil spaghetti in salted water for given time. rinse under cold water.

    PLATING: Make a bed of spaghetti over a plate. spread bolognese sauce over it and place golden paneer balls on top.
